Back from Surfing and ready to rumble, and.....ready for the Launch of the

Secrets Series Workshops!

For all of you who have attended the Secrets to Feeling Fabulous Every Day and enjoyed that, the upcoming workshops will be a similar format, though topic specific. If you've ever felt the limitations of a headache and ready to find out what you can do to assist yourself, this workshop is for YOU.

The first one is:

Busting Headaches, Tuesday April 3rd 6.00-8.00 pm in Brookvale.

Come along to better understand why you get headaches and what you can do about relieving and eliminating the symptoms produced by headaches.

Hear what I can share from a Kinesiology base. As well, you will get the added benefit of hearing from Tracey Hogan, a very experienced Naturopath. Tracey will share from her perspective about herbs, homeopathy and nutrition. We both teach at College level and have over 25 years of clinical experience between us.

You will come away with new understanding and skills to work with at home. In addition, we will be offering specific packages to work with you after attending the workshop.
