Back this week after a simply wonderful adventure surfing at Seal Rocks :) :) :)

Have you ever felt so Happy you could barely speak?...

This is exactly how this experience was for me.

I Believe we all have something (at least one!) that fills us to overflowing with JOY!

From my perspective it is well worth seeking, finding and doing whatever this is for YOU. It meets something deep inside in an almost inexplicable way.

If you can, Go Find It! Then Do It as often as you can!
