Reflecting on this message it seems to be to be much about Gratitude... for who I am and what I have right now.

What a timely message for the Holiday Season. We are often drawn into old patterns and behaviours, especially with our families and loved ones at this time of year. Add to that the busyness and stress with year end activities and social engagements.

Take a moment to consciously choose to fully 'Be' in the present with your Open Mind and Open Heart.
