Hi -

Here we are in the final run up til Christmas!...

This mornings message to me was; "Blink and You'll Live It".

This one perplexed me at first, being familiar with the one "Blink and You'll Miss It".

Those of you who know me well are probably aware of my absolute desire not to miss much in life...

So, pondering today's message was the realisation how important it is to not over focus on EVERYTHING. Be here now and savour every moment simply and purely in that, and the Me (You) in it as well.

As the week comes to a close and we all head off to have our own version of Christmas and the Holidays...my wish for you is to blink as often as you need and savour your self and all that is your life in each moment right here now wherever you might be and whatever you are or are not doing.

Merry Christmas...I sense is 2012 is going to be a Cracker!

Thank you for your part in my life this year. I am incredibly truly blessed!
