Hi ,

What a Cracker of a Day!!

After my last message about catching my Breath... I'm realising this has been a longer breath out than I anticipated I'd be requiring... that is the way it is sometimes ;p

Today's shower message was:

'Stay With Me'

On reflecting on this - I realise at times I've been

Beside myself

Behind myself - or

Ahead of myself

Outside of myself..or

Below or above myself..

Perhaps even ... All Over the Place!

So maybe a fantastic idea to collect myself, slow down (anyone notice this is a theme for me??!), focus and Be Fully With Me - present, potent and still.

It feels Good.
