My Happy Place....
How Sweet it was to spend great expanses of time in the ocean last week... in pristine waters up and uncrowded beaches up north....
It is definitely My Happy Place...
I believe there is such a thing for each of us. And how much better we are for taking the time out to go there..this is almost unquantifiable!!
I FEEL so much Richer and at Peace for doing this... Anchored in the
Essence of Me.
Whether you are tired, unwell, stressed, and Too Busy.. or NOT, I urge you to find a way to do this for yourself, then Bring the BEST part of YOU back to those you love and the work you do.
If I have one Wish for You it is that
you Have a Happy Place of your Own to Pause, Regenerate, and ReBoot yourself in...and exercise your ability to get yourself there...
